Allergy Causing Through Food Additives

       Food additive is a substance that added to any specific food for a specific purpose. From the past few years, there has been a huge explosion occurred in the food industry by addition of chemical adulteration or additives. Most of the food additives are considered safe but there are some artificial additives which causes allergy to a person and considered as toxic or carcinogenic.

       Some adverse effect of common food additive allergies that is associated with symptoms like hyperactivity in children, asthma, migraines and other allergies.

       Tartrazine- a yellow colored food additive added in sweets, soft drinks and sauces. The food containing tartrazine can cause dermatitis, nettle rash, rhinitis, or asthama in people having food additive allergies.
